3. Purpose of person register
The purpose of the person register is to communicate between the registered members. Communication can take place by all common means of communication.
4. Data content of person register
All the following types of data can be collected in the person register:
– first and last name
– date of birth
– email address
– phone number
– job title
– industry
– domicile
– photo
– freeform text
– qualifications
– work experience
– driving license
– CV (Curriculum Vitae) – resume
5. Regulatory data sources of the register
Data is collected to the person register from the registrees themselves when they register as a jobseeker.
6. Regulatory disclosure of data
No personal data is disclosed from the register to third parties without the registrees separate consent..
7. Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA
Personal data shall not be transferred outside the European Union’s member states or the European Economic Area, unless it is necessary in terms of the purposes of data handling or technical implementation.
The controller may use third parties to collect and process personal data on behalf of the controller and in accordance with the controller’s guidelines. Such parties may be located outside the EU/EEA (such as the MailChimp communications system in USA). The controller in not responsible for the operations or violations of these third parties, unless otherwise stated by compelling legislation.
8. Storage of register data and protection of the register
The register data is processed on a protected server. Access to the register is solely available to members of authorised associations or other persons authorised by the register’s contact person.
9. Right to review, deny and correct
Registrees shall have the right to review what data about him/her has been stored in the register. The request to review shall be sent in writing and accompanied with a signature to the register’s contact person in a manner that the controller can confirm the person’s identity.
The registree shall have the right to deny the processing of his/her data and disclosure for direct marketing, remote sales and direct marketing, as well as marketing and opinion surveys, by contacting the controller.
The registree also has the right to request the controller to correct any errors in his/her details, as well as remove any unnecessary data from the register. The request shall be made by submitting a scanned and signed review request letter to the controller’s email address. The controller shall remove the data upon the registree’s request, unless the controller has a justified reason to process the data that has been requested to be removed.
